OnajiOnaji accepts payments via major credit and debit cards, electronic funds transfer (EFT), and payment gateways such as PayPal (for international transactions) and PayFast (for local transactions).
VAT for South African customers is included in the price unless otherwise indicated. For international customers, additional custom duties and taxes may apply and are your responsibility.

Free shipping may be available for orders exceeding a specified value within South Africa.
3.2 International Deliveries

Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the product, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act (CPA).
Products must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
If the product is defective or not as described, we will bear the cost of return shipping and offer a full refund or replacement.
4.2 International Customers
Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receipt. Products should be in the same condition as received and in original packaging.
Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or damaged.
4.3 Refunds
Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after receipt and inspection of the returned item. For credit card payments, the refund will be made to the original payment method.
